Deep audit

What each problem costs you,
in your own numbers.

The free audit shows what is wrong from the outside. The deep audit reads your own data, with read-only access, and tells you what each problem costs and where your growth is. You get every issue in one priority list, ranked by what it is worth, and two meetings to go through it.

Why look deeper

From outside we can see that something is wrong.
Not what it costs.

A broken page matters a lot or not at all, depending on who lands on it. Only your own traffic shows which of the two it is.

Your search data holds the searches you almost win and the pages that are losing visits. Your analytics shows which pages and devices turn visitors into leads or sales, and which don’t.

Without those numbers every fix has the same priority, and teams end up fixing what is easy instead of what pays.

This is for you if

  • Your free audit found problems and you want to know which ones to fix first
  • Your site gets traffic, but leads or sales don’t follow
  • Traffic dropped and nobody can say when or why
  • You are about to spend on a redesign, ads or content, and want to know where the money would work

What goes into it

Your data,
joined with our study of the site.

How it runs

  1. Start with the free audit

It costs nothing and takes two fields. Its report shows what we can see from outside, and carries the link to order the deep audit for the same site. Get the free audit.

  2. We check that it makes sense

Before any payment, we look at whether a deep audit is worth it for your site. If it isn’t, we tell you.

  3. You give us read-only access

A step-by-step guide shows how, in about ten minutes: Search Console and Analytics and, if you have them, your code, server logs and ad accounts. Each one is optional.

  4. The report, about a week later

Every issue and every growth opportunity, ranked by what it is worth in your own numbers: visits, leads and sales. Whatever we couldn’t see is listed, with the reason.

  5. Two meetings

We walk you through the report, then answer your questions and agree on the priorities. The list is yours: start on it with us, give it to someone else, or use it as your team’s to-do list.

Questions owners ask

What do you need access to?
Search Console and Google Analytics, as a viewer. If you have them: your code, server logs and ad accounts. Each one is optional and all of it is read-only. What you don’t share, the report lists as not seen.
Can you change anything on my site?
No. Viewer access can’t change settings, pages or data. We don’t ask for passwords or for your database.
What if my site has little traffic?
Then the data says less, and we tell you before you pay. The report marks which numbers are measured and which are estimates, and leans on our own study of the site where your data is thin.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. We use it only for your audit, and we sign an NDA if you want one.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, shown when you order from your free audit report. It is credited in full if you start the first month of fixes with us within 30 days.
What comes after?
The report ends with an offer for a first month: 80 hours of engineering on your priority list, at a fixed price. See how the site fixes work. You are free to stop at the report.

What a deep audit sees that a free one can't

A free audit looks at your website from the outside. A deep audit reads your own data, read-only: the searches you almost win, the pages that get visits but don't convert, what Google's crawler wastes its time on. Here is what each source adds.

An audit should end in money, not in a checklist

Eighty findings with the same weight help nobody decide. An audit is useful when it says what each fix is worth per month, as a range and with its method in the open. How we put a website audit in money, and where the estimate stops.

Know what to fix first.
And what it is worth.

The deep audit starts from the free audit of your site. If you would rather talk first, tell us what worries you about it.
