For funded startups

Just raised?
Ship what the round promised.

New funding starts a clock. The next round needs traction, hiring a full team takes months, and every week without a product is a week of runway. We are a senior engineering team working with AI: we build on your own accounts from day one and ship every week, so you have something real to show long before your first hires land.

The clock

Budget is not the problem.
Time is.

The plan in the deck has to become a product your first customers can use.

Hiring a senior team takes months, and the first hires still need someone to set the foundations.

Investors will look at the numbers, so the measurement has to be right from the start.

This is for you if

  • You raised and need a working product, not another prototype
  • You have a method, a mockup or a pilot that has to become something customers pay for
  • You want AI in the product, done in a way that is accurate, tested and auditable
  • You want to see progress every week, in writing, risks included

What that looks like

How it runs

  1. Understand the business first

Your method, your customers and what the round promised, before any code. We pick the core loop that proves the product, and build that first.

  2. A first version on your own accounts

Your repository, your cloud, your AI provider, from day one. On our last product build, the first version ran on the client’s own accounts within five weeks.

  3. Small releases, every week

One reviewed change at a time, each tested before it ships, with a release gate that blocks anything that fails.

  4. A written report every week

What shipped, what is at risk and what we need from you. On that same build, an early one-week risk was flagged the week it appeared and recovered the next, and the core still landed on the 8-week plan.

  5. Numbers investors can check

Analytics and attribution in from day one, bots filtered out, so the traction in your next update is real.

Questions founders ask

Who owns the code?
You do, once it is paid for. All IP rights in the code we deliver transfer to you when every agreed payment has been made; until then, EVDevs keeps them. The code is built in your own repository and on your own accounts from the first day, and there is no product of ours underneath it to license or lock you in.
Does this replace hiring?
It covers the months before your team exists, and leaves them a codebase they can take over: tested, documented, and with a written record of every decision.
Do you use AI to write the code?
Yes, that is part of the velocity. Engineers decide what to build, review every change and own what ships. On one of our own products, 74 of 97 code changes were written together with an AI assistant.
What happens when the plan changes?
It will. You see progress every week, so changes land at the next release instead of at the end. Slips are reported the week they happen.
What does it cost?
Scope and price are agreed on the first call, once we understand what the round has to prove.
