Who leads it
Anthony Phillips
Founder and lead engineer · Costa Rica · English and Spanish
Anthony has spent more than 20 years building and leading software: enterprise web platforms, marketing technology, data integrations and, now, AI systems in production. He has owned architecture, delivery and operations for platforms that run hundreds of sites, led modernizations without stopping production, and worked directly with marketing, sales and management teams.
Today his work sits where engineering meets revenue: diagnosing why a website lost its income, building AI products on clients’ own accounts, and making the data behind AI answers trustworthy. Every EVDevs engagement is led by him, from the first call.
